Destin

We went to Destin, FL with our friends Amber & Taylor. While we were there, I got to see a good friend of mine from Indiana, Reeves, and my best friend, April, from Oxford. We had a great time... I wish I was still on the beach!

FRUEDENFEST 2007

My hometown, Oldenburg, Indiana, has German Festival of Friends every year. The festival is of true German tradition... mets, sauerkraut, german music and, of course, beer! This is a good time of year to visit if you live away from Oldenburg; as no one likes to Fruedenfest! I tried to take count of how many people I got to see and stopped at 67... not bad for a one day visit!

Fourth of July with the Hoddows at Benttree, GA

Our friend Amanda invited us to spend the Fourth with her family at Benttree, GA. It was nice to be with a family given that we couldn't be with our own. We swam, jumped off the waterfall and watched fireworks over the lake.
